This document outlines the terms and conditions for businesses interested in purchasing products from Refiill Station at wholesale pricing for resale.

 

1. Wholesale Account Requirements

 

  • Application: All potential wholesale partners must submit a formal application, which can be started by emailing contact@refiillstation.shop.

  • Verification: We require a valid business registration number or VAT ID to verify your status as a legitimate retailer.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale orders must meet a minimum product quantity or a minimum value per order.

2. Pricing and Payment

3. Ordering and Shipping

 

  • Order Placement: Orders must be submitted via an official Purchase Order (PO) to contact@refiillstation.shop.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on unsold wholesale inventory. Returns are only accepted for goods that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

5. Resale and Branding

 

  • Resale Channels: Wholesalers are authorized to sell our products through their physical retail locations and their own e-commerce websites. Sales through unapproved third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, other platform specific) may require prior written permission.

  • Intellectual Property: You may use our product images and descriptions solely for the purpose of reselling our products. All trademarks, copyrights, and branding remain the exclusive property of Refiill Station.
