• Coverage Period: Our products are covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty (Please Update This Period) against manufacturing defects, effective from the original date of purchase/delivery.

• What is Covered: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective.

• What is NOT Covered: This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or neglect.

  • Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by cleaning or normal aging.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood).

2. Replacement Process

If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be defective, we will issue a replacement.

2. Required Information: You must provide:

   • Your original order number or proof of purchase.

   • A detailed description of the defect or issue.

   • Photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect.

3. Assessment: We will review the information provided. If the issue is covered under this warranty, we will authorize a replacement.

4. Shipping: If a return of the defective item is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

3. Replacement Term

• Product Replacement: We will send a replacement of the same model and specification as soon as the defective item has been confirmed or returned.

• Warranty on Replacement: The replacement product will assume the remainder of the warranty period from your original purchase date.
